Products purchased from Celeste Home Fashion can be exchanged within 7 days of purchase only under following conditions:
- Product is in original packed condition along with original proof of purchase.
- The product is faulty, damaged or defective at the time of delivery.
- The product received on delivery does not match the original specifications or is not the same as had been ordered.
- A mattress can only be exchanged within the stipulated time limit of seven (7) working days from date of purchase for another Celeste Home branded mattress, provided they are in original condition and not soiled, spoiled or damaged in any way; the condition will be verified by the Company personnel.
The Company must be notified immediately so that the correct product is delivered in case of error. If the product is defective then a replacement will be delivered. Fabrics and accessories should be thoroughly checked at the time of purchase/delivery for their condition and quality. Claims of any nature will not be entertained later.
Under certain cases the return/exchanges are not applicable, which include but are not limited to the following:
- Exchange request is made after the passing of 7 days.
- Product is damaged because of use.
- Product has been tampered.
- The product is not in original packing and/or is missing tags, labels and accompanying items.
- Furniture items once dispatched and delivered with customer’s signed acceptance on the delivery note will not be exchanged or returned.
- Promotional items are non-exchangeable/non-refundable.
Celeste Home Fashion does not have a refund policy on purchased items.
A refund may only be done under the following conditions:
- The customer cancels the order, prior to demand generation and processing.
- The product received on delivery does not match the original specifications or is not the same as had been ordered and there is no replacement available.
Refund amount is issued in the form of credit notes that can be redeemed on future purchases at Celeste Home Fashion.
The order can be cancelled at any time before demand generation and processing. Once order is processed/delivered then the above mentioned return and exchange policy will be applicable. Order cancellations prior to delivery/exchange requests will be settled through cross-check with 5% of invoice value deducted as processing charge. Please allow for up to two weeks for payment processing.
