Gift Cards – Terms & Conditions
The following terms and conditions apply to any Celeste Home Fashion Gift Card originally purchased by you or someone on your behalf in our showroom or on the celestehomefashion.com website.
- The gift card is valid for a period of one year from the date of purchase.
- If you return goods you have purchased using a gift card, the credit will be issued back to the gift card.
- Use of the Gift Card is limited to the amount of funds held on the Gift Card. The full amount of each purchase, including taxes, will be deducted from the funds held on the Gift Card, up to the total funds available on the Gift Card. Any unused balance will be placed in the recipient's Gift Card account and is not transferable. If you make a purchase and there are insufficient funds held on the Gift Card to cover that purchase, you must pay the difference by a valid method of payment.
- The risk of loss and title for Gift Cards pass to the purchaser upon our electronic transmission to the purchaser. Celeste Home Fashion is not responsible for and will not replace lost or stolen Gift Cards. Protect your Gift Card as if it were cash and safeguard the Gift Card from unauthorized use.
- Celeste Home Fashion reserves the right to amend the gift card and e-gift card terms and conditions from time to time, where we consider it reasonable and necessary to do so.
- Celeste Home Fashion reserves the right to refuse to accept a gift card which we deem to be tampered with, duplicated or which otherwise is suspected to be affected by fraud.
- Gift can not be used to purchase other Gift Cards.
- Gift Cards are not redeemable for cash and cannot be returned for a cash refund.
- Gift cards are valid and can be used during sales and special promotions.
- We advise all our customers to carefully read our Terms and Conditions prior to placing an order, to avoid any inconvenience for either party.
Baadmay – Terms & Conditions
● All new users have a shopping limit of Rs.200,000 returning users can log into the BaadMay app on their mobile device to check their shopping limits.
● Minimum order value to make a transaction with BaadMay is Rs. 1,000
● Before you make a transaction, please check you are using a:
○ Card from a valid Pakistani Bank. Virtual cards or cards issued by digital apps (Nayapay, Sadapay, Easypaisa, Jazzcash, etc. are not accepted)
○ Visa or Mastercard, (UnionPay and PayPak cards are not accepted).
● This payment option is NOT available on Cash on Delivery (COD) orders.
● Please ensure your card has sufficient balance to carry out the transaction or add funds to your account to complete the transaction.
● Please ensure your card is activated for online transactions, otherwise contact your bank to activate the card prior to making a transaction.

How do I pay with BaadMay?
If you have an account with BaadMay, simply select BaadMay at Checkout and follow the simple steps to pay with the service.
● Online
○ On the checkout page, click on the BaadMay option to select BaadMay as your preferred payment method. You will be redirected to BaadMay’s Web App.
○ If you are a new user, you will have to enter your name, number and CNIC. If you are a returning user, you can simply login with your phone number and t-pin.
○ Review the invoice and payment plan, the following payment dates your installments will be charged on and their amount. Your first installment is paid at the time of purchase.
○ Add a credit or debit card as your payment method to continue.
○ Once your information is correct and you’ve reviewed it, you may enter your t-pin to confirm payment and you are good to go!
How do I make a payment?
Once you make a purchase, the first payment is charged immediately and all future payments are set to auto-pay. Unless your card on file has any issues, all future payments are made monthly. Reminders for overdue installments are sent via the BaadMay app to notify customers. For more information on your payments, payments history, or purchase limits, navigate to the Purchases tab in the BaadMay app.
