Return & Exchanges
At Celeste Home Fashion we try to provide you with the highest quality of product and service, but if you are not satisfied then the products purchased from Celeste Home Fashion can be exchanged within 7 working days of purchase/delivery under certain conditions as follows. Return and exchange is not applicable on made to order furniture items. Items bought on sale are non-exchangeable/non-refundable.
You are eligible for return if the product received by you at time of delivery is faulty, damaged, does not match the original specifications or is not the same as had been ordered by you.The Company must be notified immediately so that the correct product is delivered in case of error. If the product is defective then a replacement will be delivered. Fabrics and accessories should be thoroughly checked at the time of purchase/delivery for their condition and quality. Claims of any nature will not be entertained later.
To return/exchange, the product must be unused and in the same condition that you received in, and you should be in possession of the original proof of purchase. Any requests received after 7 working days of purchase/delivery, or if product is not in original condition, has been used or damaged not due to our handling will not be eligible for return or exchange.
A mattress can only be exchanged within the stipulated 7 working days from date of purchase for another Celeste Home Fashion mattress, provided they are in original condition and not soiled, spoiled or damaged in any way; the condition will be verified by the Company personnel as eligible for exchange.
Celeste Home Fashion has a ‘no refund’ policy. However refund may only be done in exceptional cases wherein the product received on delivery does not match the original specifications or is not the same as had been ordered and there is no replacement available.Or if the customer cancels the order immediately after booking, prior to order processing and manufacturing.
Refund amount is issued in the form of a cross-check. Any shipping or handling costs are non-refundable. Please allow up to 15 working days for the refund amount to be processed.
Order Acceptance & Cancellations
Celeste Home Fashion offers multiple payment options for online purchase from our website, but for customized orders on furniture only advanced payment is available and the cash on delivery option is not applicable.
Please note that there may be cases where an order cannot be processed for various reasons. Celeste Home Fashion reserves the right to cancel or refuse any order at its discretion. As a necessary condition to avoid any errors, you may be asked to verify your order as well as your information, including but not limited to your provided contact details and address, prior to acceptance of your order.
To avoid fraudulent activity involving debit or credit cards or bank transfer, your payment may be validated and details shared by you may be verified before processing of your order. If you fail to provide the necessary verifications or we suspect risk of fraudulent activity, Celeste Home Fashion reserves the right to cancel your order.
While we endeavor to provide the most accurate information regarding product details and pricing on the website, errors may still occur, for which we reserve the right to cancel or refuse any orders. We may at our discretion contact you for confirmation or cancellation of your order if prices are not correctly displayed or if an item is mispriced.
The order can be cancelled at any time before confirmation and processing. Once order is confirmed from you and verified and subsequently processed then the order cannot be cancelled.
All prices are fixed and non-negotiable. Discounts are only offered during sales or promotional schemes. Due to the differences in color onmonitors/screens or from lighting during photoshoots, the exact textures or colors of the item may vary slightly from the image as seen on screen.
